Il est possible d’apporter deux types d’engrais au printemps.
En début de saison, il est recommandé d’utiliser un engrais à action lente.
Celui-ci est à apporter 2 semaines avant les premiers semis et plantations.
En fin de saison, il est conseillé d’apporter de l’engrais « coup de fouet ».
En été, la lumière et le soleil agissent comme engrais naturel pour vos plantes.
Vous pouvez tout de même dynamiser de manière ponctuelle leur développement en utilisant de l’engrais « coup de fouet ».
La fin de l’été approche et l’automne commence à se mettre en place…
C’est le moment d’apporter un engrais à action longue durée afin de préparer la terre avant les semis d’automne.
En automne, la terre commence à rentrer en repos, c’est le moment d’amender votre sol afin que les nutriments pénètrent en profondeur dans les sols durant l’hiver.
En hiver, il n’est pas indispensable de mettre de l’engrais.
Laissez votre sol au repos afin qu’il se régénère et répétez l’expérience seulement au retour des beaux jours.

In a climate that doesn't experience regular winter frosts, continue to fertilize your houseplants throughout the winter, but do so at half the amount and frequency of your summer applications.
And if you live in a tropical climate, where it's always hot, keep fertilizing your houseplants in the summer all year round.
